Coach Carroll began her aquatics career when she started swim in 1994 at Elsinore High School. After graduating in 1998, Coach Carroll focused on her studies leaving the pool behind her. It wasn’t until her daughter found her own passion in the pool that Coach Carroll decided her chance to make a difference had finally arrived. Coach Carroll came back to the same school where she swam to start her coaching career in aquatics at Elsinore High School. She has been coaching swim for 6 years and water polo for 5 years. Coach Carroll believes that Water Polo is more than just a sport, but an opportunity to teach those around her about valuable life lessons through positive daily interactions in water polo. She hopes to give the chance to build strong character, communication, commitment, integrity and a chance to be a positive member of their community.
